All items must be removed from their current location by September 9, 2015.  The purchaser has the option to move the buildings in tact or remove whatever salvage they would like from the improvements.  There is no requirement that all debris must be removed from the premises. A removal agreement will be required where purchaser will assume liability for the removal of items and liability insurance will be required.
